Specialized sealing primer for high-grade architectural latex paint

Its coating film exhibits excellent alkali resistance and water resistance. It demonstrates outstanding penetration and adhesion to substrates. This coating is easy to apply, dries quickly, is non-toxic, and safe to use. This product can be applied to surfaces made of cement mortar, concrete, cement-asbestos boards, ceilings, and other substrates.

This product is a specialized sealing primer composed of an acrylic copolymer emulsion and various additives. (Milky white)

The specialized sealing primer for high-grade architectural latex paints is a water-based, single-component acrylic primer. Its core functions include sealing the substrate’s capillaries, resisting alkalinity and preventing seepage, strengthening the substrate, and enhancing the adhesion of the topcoat. It serves as the “basic protective layer” in interior and exterior wall coating systems.

Core role:

Seals the capillaries of the substrate, preventing the migration of moisture and alkaline substances, and thus averting efflorescence, blistering, and cracking of the topcoat.

Penetrate and reinforce the substrate, enhance the strength of putty/mortar, and reduce powdering.

Improve the adhesion of the topcoat, reduce the amount of topcoat used (saving 15%–20%), and extend the coating’s service life.

It combines breathability with waterproofness, balancing the release of moisture from the wall and preventing external rainwater from seeping in.
