With strong perneability, acid resistance, salt tolerance and various orgainc solvent resistances, it is featured by high surface hardness and good compactness; mechanical properties are excellent, heat resistance, low tensile strength viscosity, easy construction and can solidify under low temperature.

System characteristics

Floor of chemical corrosive area for anti-corrosion tank and heavy machinery surface treatment as well as anti-corrosion engineering, sewage basin and chemical pool of petroleum industry, etc.

Construction Process

◇ Base layer treatment: Scrap and paint epoxy osmotic primer: 1.Use vinyl resin primer: mix vinyl resin and hardener by proportion and stir them evenly; 2.Scrape fundation ground roundly for one time to strengthen surface adhesion; 3.The first floor base layer shall be made waterproof layer well;
◇ Spread and stick glass fabric; pour mixed vinyl ester resin and hardener on glass fabric and strike off;
◇ Intermediate concrete screed; use floating of vinyl resin: Add quartz of 40-100 meshes to stir evenly after mixing main paint and hardener by proportion, and use scraper to scrape roundly, after cure, grind tool mark defects and clean them up;
◇ Putty layer: Use floating coating of vinyl resin: Add appropriate filler to stir evenly after mixing main paint and hardener by proportion, use scraper to scrape the whole to fouces on repairing and filling the freeze-proof defects, after cure, grind tool mark defects and clean them up with cleaner and wrong wet towel;
◇ Surface layer trowel scraping self-leveling topcoat requires uniform layer without holidays, after construction, the integral shall be bright and clean with unifrom colors but no hollowing.
