Product Overview Emery floor material is divided into metallic and non-metallic wear-resistance hardening aggregate according to aggregate powder, consisting of metal mineral aggreage with certain grain composition or extreme wear-resistance non-ferrous metal aggregate and special additives. Aggregate is slected according to its shape and grain composition cooperating with good physical and mechanical properties.
Application scope
Applied to the grounds of industrial workshop, warehouse, supermarket, heavy load machinery factory, repair workshop, parking place, cargo stacking area, and plaza, etc.
Performance characteristics
Spread it on intial solidification stage of concrete surface evenly, and form a tight entirely and super hardened surface layer with concrets ground after entire solidfication, featured by compressive resistance, impact resistance, wear resistance and high precision and colored high-performance wear-resistance ground; conduct construction together with concrete ground to shorten working period, without construction sand paste leveling layer.
System characteristics
With convenient construction, it is easy to spread on fresh concrete directly, save time and labor force, without construction sand paste leveling layer; with high wear-resistance, it can reduce dust, improve impact resistance and improve oil resistance and oil performance.

Base Surface Treatment ◇ Base concrete strength requires reaching more than C25, proportion of water and line is controlled under 0.5, concrete slump falling shall be controlled within 70-100mm, concrete mixture shall be reduced segregation and bleed shall be controlled;
◇ In order to ensure concrete mixture has enough liquidity and is easy to construct, suggest that concrete should be added with appropriate admixture;
◇ Base concrete shall be conducted pouring and jolt ramming according to standards of good concrete, pay attenion to dimension accuracy and reduct floating prize production;
◇ Emery floor together with concrete structure layer shall be constructed meanwhile, if concrete screed need to be constructed meanwhile, suggest concrete screed concrete adopts fine concrete with thickness not less than 50mm, and consider configuring expansion reinforcing mesh;
◇ Pay special attention to edge position of base concrete construction, guarantee concrete of this position to vibrated and compacted, and take actions for additional enhancement processing.
Construction Process ◇ Surface treatment: Use mechanical trowel with circular disc to remove laitance layer on the surface of concrete evenly;
◇ The first spreading material: After spreading 2/3 of hardened wear resistance floor material required application amount on iniltial solidification stage of concrete surface, conduct grinding processing with low-speed trowelling machine;
◇ Scaper screed: Use 6m scraper to scrap hardened wear resistance material along horizontal and vertical direction evenly and level roughly;
◇ The second spreading material: Spread 1/3 of hardened wear resistance floor material required application amount evenly (on wear resistance material surface which has been grinded firstly), conduct grinding processing with trowelling machine agagin;
◇ Surface polishing: According to hardening situation of concrete, adjust angle of scraper on polisher and conduct polishing work on surface, ensuring roughness and fitness of the surface;
◇ Basal plane extension: Wear resistance hardened floor shall be conducted maintenance within 4-6h after finishing construction, so as to prevent rapid evaporation of surface moisture and ensure steady growth of wear resistance material strength.
