Product Overview In view of general floor coating hard to achieve rigorous requirements of GMP regulations for high cleaning location, R&D Center of our company develops self-leveling epoxy coating based on special resin with 100% solid content, which has excellent characteristics such as green environmental protection, high glossiness, thick one-time film thick and tenacious and wear-resistance film, etc. it is an ideal floor coating system for locations with high cleaning requirements like workshops of electronic enterprise and pharmaceutical enterprise, etc.

◇ Highly specialized locations without dust or bacterial like aerospace and aviation, etc.
◇ Locations with high mechanical and chemical integrated proformance requirements such as clean room of GMP pharmaceutical factory, hospital and blood products, precision instrument and microelectronics manufacturing plants.

Construction Process

Priming coat 1.Use non-solvent epoxy primer: Mix master paint and curing agently proportion and stir them evenly;
2.Use roller and hairbrush to paint evenly, without holidays;
3.Use hairbrush to paint in door edge, wall corner, wall foot and machine foot.

Intermediate coating mortar 1.Use floating coating of non-solvent epoxy paint adding appropriate quartz powder of 40-100 meshes to stir evenly after mixing master paint and curing agent by proportion;
2.Use scraper to scrape the whole for 1-2 times;
3.After cure, grind defect like scrapping mark with clean treatment.

Top coating layer 1.Use non-solvent epoxy self-leveling to paint: mixing master paint and cruing agent by proportion and stir them evenly;
2.Use prepared trowel to conduct self-leveling flat trowel surface or use airless sprayer to spray.

Construction Planing Surface ZH
Base Surface Treatment 1.New cement floor: New cement floor shall be maintained for more than 4 weeks generally. In summer it needs more than 2 weeks, guaranteeing moisture to volaillize adequately, moisture content is less than or equal to 8% and concrete solidifies completely.
2.Old floor: Whether ground intensity satisfies the conditions of paving epoxy floor; vacant shell and peeling on base surface must be broken and removed throughly until floor is hard and film. Original coating shall be tested to see whether it is compatible with the floor coating to be painted so as to decide whether to construct directly or construct after removing it throughly.
3.Damaged area: Before painting primer, use epoxy mortar to repair smoothly and throughly consider its bonding strength and intensity.
4.Ensure construction ground to be clean, dry and film without dust.
5.The ground with oil stain shall be clean with orgainc solvents and wiped dry ,if these solvents are not be obtained, a cement mortar layer can be laid on it directly again.
6.Wall corner or other places not required to be plastered shall be affixed with pink tape for protection to avoid painting.
Notes 1.Construction temperature: ≥5℃
2.Ensure air to flow when construction, and the prepartion time for application amount shall not exceed 30min.
3.Maintenance shall be done will during construction and avoid dust and sundries intruding so as to affect coating effect.
4.After construction, it shall be maintained for atleast 7 days then can be put into use; during maintenance, it shall be nout soaked by water or all kinds of solvents.
5. It is strictly prohibited to interfuse other coating.
6.Curing agent shall be added according to specified proportion strictly.
7.Keep painted object surface clean and moisture of painted object must be less than 7%.
8.Maintain coating environment clean, and prohibit constructing under environment with a large number of dusts.
