Epoxy resin floor system adopts the combination of epoxy compressive-wear resistance mortar and epoxy finish coat, it is professional floor system to solve ground protection problems for heavy machinery enterprise workshop, industrial and commercial warehouse and underground parking, etc.

◇ Ground of special locations such as supermarket, balcony, storage, car showroom, vehicle repair plant and truck park, etc.
◇ Area with high mechanical performance requirements, enterprise plant ground with certain impact, such as machinery, electron, electric appliance, instrument, medicine, spining, clothing, food and tobacco, etc.

Construction Process

Priming coat 1.Use solvent FC900 epoxy floor coating A.B mixed and stirred evenly.
2.Use roller and hairbrush to paint evenly, without holidays.

Intermediate coating mortar 1.Use floating coating of solvent FC900 epoxy floor coating, adding appropriate quartz powder of 40-100 meshes to stir evenly after mixing them by proportion;
2.Use scraper to scrape the whole for 1-2 times.
3.After cure, grind defect like scrapping mark with clean treatment.

Putty layer 1.Use floating coating of solvent FC900 epoxy floor coating, adding appropriate filler (like quartz powder) to stir evenly after mixing them by proportion;
2.Use scraper to scrape for 1-2 times, the key is to fill plt defects on the ground;
3.After cure, grind defects like scrapping mark, treat it cleanly with vacuum cleaner, feather duster and wrung wet towel, etc.

Top coating layer 1.Use top coat of solvent epoxy paint, mixing evenly by proportion;
2.Use preapared roller with finish paint to rool paint evenly, coating layer requires uniform without holidays, rolling ittwice.

Construction Planing Surface ZH
Base Surface Treatment 1.New cement floor: New cement floor shall be maintained for more than 4 weeks generally. In summer it needs more than 2 weeks, guaranteeing moisture to volaillize adequately, moisture content is less than or equal to 8% and concrete solidifies completely.
2.Old floor: Whether ground intensity satisfies the conditions of paving epoxy floor; vacant shell and peeling on base surface must be broken and removed throughly until floor is hard and film. Original coating shall be tested to see whether it is compatible with the floor coating to be painted so as to decide whether to construct directly or construct after removing it throughly.
3.Damaged area: Before painting primer, use epoxy mortar to repair smoothly and throughly consider its bonding strength and intensity.
4.Ensure construction ground to be clean, dry and film without dust.
5.The ground with oil stain shall be clean with orgainc solvents and wiped dry ,if these solvents are not be obtained, a cement mortar layer can be laid on it directly again.
6.Wall corner or other places not required to be plastered shall be affixed with pink tape for protection to avoid painting.
Notes 1.Construction temperature: ≥5℃
2.Ensure air to flow when construction, and the prepartion time for application amount shall not exceed 30min.
3.Maintenance shall be done will during construction and avoid dust and sundries intruding so as to affect coating effect.
4.After construction, it shall be maintained for atleast 7 days then can be put into use; during maintenance, it shall be nout soaked by water or all kinds of solvents.
5. It is strictly prohibited to interfuse other coating.
6.Curing agent shall be added according to specified proportion strictly.
7.Keep painted object surface clean and moisture of painted object must be less than 7%.
8.Maintain coating environment clean, and prohibit constructing under environment with a large number of dusts.
